Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed testing and inspections of completed tools and dies to verify that all components meet precise specifications and quality standards

  • Cut, shape, and trim materials with high precision to make necessary adjustments, ensuring optimal fit and function of parts

  • Grind, fit, and assemble parts using advanced tools and techniques, ensuring parts fit together seamlessly and meet exact tolerances

  • Select and assess metals and materials based on their specific properties, ensuring the right choice for the application and manufacturing process

  • Maintain a focus on safety, adhering to company policies and best practices while proactively addressing potential hazards

  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required

  • Education: High School

  • Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years

Competencies/Skills

  • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills    

  • Ability to follow and interpret written and verbal work directions

  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of work

  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to push/pull objects up to 30 pounds

  • Must have the dexterity to handle small objects

  • Must be able to work in noisy environments
