Job Description:

Mission:

• Documents Analysis and records on assigned Projects
• Supporting project activities make project success

Accountabilities,

• Ensure analysis and records of Project documents and Contract administration (providing analysis, keeping records…)
• Ensure the preparation of Letters or reporting for the Project
• Ensure the management of Project document control in the project share point
• Ensure Work in progress and accounts payable reporting and analysis

Skills and Knowledge,

• English: Speak, Write, Read and Listen above the average level
• Japanese language is a plus
• Microsoft office software: excellent level
• Railway experience in signaling/Rolling Stock is a plus
