This is a highly visible role with end-to-end ownership of partnership reporting, performance analytics, sales intelligence, and commercial operations. You will manage the financial reporting and forecasting processes for the Partnerships organization, maintain the data and research infrastructure that supports the sales team, and oversee the content and collateral used to win and retain partners. Partnering closely with Leadership, Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Sales, and Partner Marketing, you will ensure accurate reporting, informed decision-making, operational discipline, and the analytical rigor needed to maximize partnership revenue and performance.

About the Role

The Partnerships Data Analyst serves as the analytical and operational backbone of the Partnerships team, owning the reporting, forecasting, deal economics, sales intelligence, and content management processes that turn data into the insights that drive partnership growth and business decisions.

This is a highly visible role with end-to-end ownership of partnership reporting, performance analytics, sales intelligence, and commercial operations. You will manage revenue forecasting, partnership performance reporting, Salesforce data integrity, market and audience research, sales collateral, and operational processes that support the Partnerships team. Working across multiple stakeholders and functions, you will ensure leadership has the data, reporting, and insights needed to evaluate opportunities, optimize partner performance, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting, Forecasting & Performance Analytics

• Own leadership dashboards and monthly revenue forecasts, collecting inputs, tracking pipeline health and revenue pacing, and delivering reporting to leadership and the broader business.

• Drive reconciliation and reporting for the Partnerships P&L, including actuals reconciliation, performance reporting, and serving as the primary source of truth for revenue performance across the organization.

• Manage monthly close activities, expense tracking, cost center analysis, variance reporting, and financial performance summaries in partnership with Finance and Accounting.

• Build and distribute monthly business reviews, performance reports, executive summaries, and key metrics packages that provide leadership with a clear understanding of results and performance drivers.

Business Operations & Commercial Support

• Partner with Leadership, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure deal execution, contract economics, margin expectations, and revenue recognition are accurate and aligned.

• Manage key vendor relationships, including ongoing communications, performance management, and contract renewals.

• Own the cadence, tracking, and accountability for partner objectives, deliverables, reviews, and outcome reporting.

• Monitor milestone completion across Sales and Partner Marketing teams, maintaining accountability and visibility through Salesforce and other tracking tools.

Data, Research & Sales Intelligence

• Own the collection, maintenance, and distribution of Topgolf's core sales data, market intelligence, audience insights, and performance metrics.

• Produce ad hoc analyses and reporting across traffic, demographics, gameplay, digital engagement, and other key business metrics to support partnership proposals and negotiations.

• Manage category valuation models and supporting analytics used in partnership pricing, valuation, and commercial decision-making.

• Maintain Salesforce data integrity across partner and prospect accounts, ensuring accurate pipeline management, contact information, account records, and prospecting intelligence.

Content, Collateral & Process Management

• Own and maintain the full suite of partnership sales materials, presentations, and introduction decks, coordinating updates across data, content, design, and stakeholder inputs.

• Manage the collection and maintenance of partner case studies, performance results, imagery, and supporting content used throughout the sales process.

• Oversee the partnership presentation platform, ensuring content is current, accessible, organized, and consistently adopted across the team.

• Build and maintain scalable file management systems, documentation standards, and content governance processes that improve accessibility, consistency, and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, finance, partnerships, revenue operations, or a related analytical role.

• Strong financial and analytical skills, including forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and performance measurement.

• Advanced Excel and data management capabilities with experience working across large data sets and multiple reporting sources.

• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including reporting, data management, and pipeline analytics.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Experience building presentations, executive reporting materials, and sales collateral using PowerPoint or similar tools.

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and communicate findings effectively to leadership.

• Experience supporting sales, partnerships, marketing, media, sponsorship, or commercial organizations preferred.
