Job Description
In this role, you will support employees on international assignments by helping manage their tax responsibilities. You will assist in ensuring compliance, improving tax processes, and minimizing risks and costs while helping employees transition smoothly across countries.
Prepare and file tax returns for globally mobile employees
Provide tax advice on assignments, payroll, and social security
Collaborate with HR and Finance on payroll tax matters
Advise employees on tax obligations and policies
Analyze compensation data and optimize tax positions
Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulations
Monitor international tax developments and conduct research
Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders
Manage client engagements, including billing and KPIs
Act as main client contact, ensuring service quality
Support global mobility tax strategies for clients
Qualifications
Master's degree in law, (Applied) Economics, Business Administration, Commerce or a bachelor's degree in accountancy/taxation
We welcome applications from recent graduates eager to start their careers in an international environment, as well as candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience
Fluency in Dutch or French and English
A passion for numbers and for contact with people from all over the globe
Accuracy, good writing skills as well as a practical and hands-on attitude
