Job Description
What you´ll do Timely execute scale up on approved new products, mid development, in validation to launch with target of zero CCMS upon NPI. Perform best in class validation of newly designed products to meet customer’s and/or market CTQs in line with strategic financial goals per ADP requirements. Interfaces with R D, Marketing, Manufacturing Plant, especially with Manufacturing Engineering at any Henkel manufacturing plant worldwide selected for the high-volume manufacture of a new product. Runs design of experiments to understand relationship between raw material, process and final product parameters. Documenting results into a report with complete raw material, packaging and manufacturing risk assessments. Writes manufacturing specifications and develops new test methods as required for newly commercialized products. Performs passive data collection between raw material, process and final product parameters. Document the results. Execute on proposed new processing technology for newly designed products appropriately to maintain leadership in NPI. Execute IP implementation, including and not limited to black boxing.
