Location: Exeter, EX1 3QN
Salary: £27,449.50 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, Rotating 06:00 - 14:30 - 10:30 -19:30

We're now looking for a Transport Administrator to join our Exeter team and play a key role in supporting our operations.

What you'll be doing

In this varied role, you'll:

Administrative processes and day-to-day operational admin tasks
Ensure efficiency and compliance
Maintain and update records and databases (personnel, financial and operational data)
Liaise regularly with transport teams, flagging delays, discrepancies, or operational challenges

What we're looking for

This role would suit someone who:

Has experience in administration, trasnport operations, or a similar role
Is flexible and keen to learn other functions within a warehouse/ transport environment
Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
Is confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Is self-motivated and able to work independently
