Job Description
- Tracking purchase order, delivery date, spare part demand, price fluctuation...
- Build database platform for spare part supply chain, using software, such as Excel, Assess, Power BI...
- Assist engineers, purchasing team, Logistic team on in-putting and using spare part data to improve spare part management system
- Assist planner and engineer on tracking repairable spare part
- Make report/instruction with guidelines from planner or engineer
- Other admin tasks will also be assigned.
- Education: student major in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any relevant technical or commercial fields.
- Proficient in basic data-processing software such as: Excel, Assess, Power BI...
- Personality: proactive, cooperative.
