In this Junior HR Analytics role you will

• Supporting the HR Analytics function for the preparation of reporting and analysis on HR-related KPIs and labour costs;

• Management of activities related to the simulation, accounting and monitoring of labour costs (Budget, Forecast, Actual, Variance Analysis);

• Management of Data Collection and Analysis activities instrumental to the development of indicators and KPIs for HR processes; 

• Preparation of summary presentations of analyses for management and preparation of monthly recurring reports;

• Supporting the Comp&Ben team on various control and monitoring activities;

What we need from you:

• Bachelor Degree Economics/Engineering; 

• 1-3 years previous experience in HR Analytics/Hr Cost controlling or entry level HR role;

• Fluent English;

• Proficient software skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point etc)

• Knowledge of labor cost items and accrual

 Salary range: €30.000 – €35.000 gross per year, depending on experience.
