Supply Chain Operation Analyst
Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Direct purchase of NN products from internal suppliers including NN HQ and Site Tianjin, maintenance of purchasing document/records.
- Purchasing related documents preparation and documentation
- Supporting on customs clearance of imported products
- Inventory planning and optimization
- Proceed purchase return
- Supporting on quality audit, documents update and feedback quality issue to related functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Major in Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry or Biology is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Experience in order management, direct purchasing, import operations or related data processing is preferred
- Familiarity with GSP, GMP and other relevant pharmaceutical regulations is a plus
