International Consultant (SPR Methodology & Data Quality)

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM), and the direct supervision of the Project Specialist (Evidence-based governance) FEDOTOV Andrii, the Consultant will provide high-level technical support to IOM and relevant national counterparts on the conceptual and methodological design of a future Statistical Population Register (SPR) in Ukraine, as well as on the development of a framework for assessing the quality of administrative data and registers used for statistical purposes.
