Job Description
Vancouver Clinic is hiring an LPN to join our Pediatrics team at the Ridgefield location. Responsibilities include rooming patients, coordinating care, returning patient calls, communicating provider recommendations, refilling prescriptions per protocol, and administering injections as ordered. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Ridgefield (5515 Pioneer St, Ridgefield, WA 98642)
Schedule: (20 hours a week)
Week A Sunday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30 min lunch) Thursday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM (30 min lunch)
Week B Thursday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM (30 min lunch) Friday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (30 min lunch)
Hiring range generally between $28.02/hour to $34.02/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. **Differentials** Evening Hours $3.00/hour after 5:30PM. Weekend Hours $2.56/hour
Requirements:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Current Washington State LPN license in good standing.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with patients and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
Must have reliable and predictable attendance.

Pay Range:
