JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our team. This role supports Client Care projects, projects without formal Project Governance time, internal initiatives, and projects that do not require Azure DevOps (ADO) set-up or management. The Project Administrator partners closely with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to enable consistent project execution, governance alignment, and successful delivery outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. This role also provides administrative, reporting, and coordination support to enable consistent project execution and governance alignment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist and lead projects with TCV ≤ $50K
- Support Client Care projects
- Assist with internal projects and initiatives
- Provide coordination for projects without Project Governance time
- Perform 4C Governance PMO tasks
- Support PMO intake and setup activities
- Assist project managers with project planning, scheduling, and tracking
- Assist with project budget tracking and expense reporting
- Maintain organized project files, records, and documentation
- Ensure that project documentation is up to date and organized
- Track and manage project metrics and reporting
- Monitor day-to-day project health to ensure work is progressing as planned and within budget
- Support the creation, editing, and maintenance of internal project communications and documentation
Experience:
- Project Planning and Scheduling
- Experience assisting with and leading projects with TCV ≤ $50K
- Experience supporting project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities across multiple concurrent projects
- Experience monitoring day-to-day project health to ensure work progresses as planned, within scope and schedule
- Experience coordinating tasks and assisting with workload prioritization across multiple initiatives
- Experience supporting day-to-day execution and resourcing needs on assigned projects
- Coordination and Communication
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and to required standards
- Experience performing 4C Governance PMO tasks and adhering to PMO processes and standards
- Documentation and Reporting
- Experience maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized project documentation
- Experience managing project files, records, and supporting artifacts
- Experience tracking and reporting on project metrics, status updates, and governance documentation
- Experience supporting documentation standards and audit readiness

Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, project administration, or support role (IT or professional services preferred)
- Foundational knowledge of project delivery methodologies
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and process-focused
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the PMO
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
