What You’ll Do
As Branch Manager, you’ll own the success of the Dartmouth location—strategically, operationally, and culturally.
- Lead day-to-day branch operations with a focus on sales performance, service excellence, and financial results
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team across sales, customer service, and operations
- Act as the face of the showroom—building strong relationships with clients, designers, and partners
- Drive growth through local initiatives, showroom events, and exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure operational excellence, safety, and compliance in a newly renovated, design-forward space
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless project execution and on-time delivery
