Job Summary

Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Technician located in Aguascalientes

 Reporting their activities to process engineering for troubleshooting injection molding machine processes as well as making necessary adjustments to three- and five-axis robots, in order to maintain quality standards and on-time deliveries to back-end lines

What a typical day looks like:

• Support for correcting molding processes
• Adjusting and programming of three and six axis robots in injection molding machines
• Adjustment to automated stations on injection molding machines
• Report on records in electronics systems
• Dashboard monitoring

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Experience operating injection molding machines
• Experience programming robots (Sepro, Fanuc, Wittman, Jaka, etc.)
• Experience handling plastic resins
• Experience in production processes
• Basic Excel skills
• Experience using measuring instruments (pyrometer)
