The Manager, Brand Quality Assurance develops and leads proactive, prevention-focused quality systems for Calvin Klein Apparel and Close to Body products. This role defines quality standards, implements quality programs, facilitates technical product reviews, and leads issue investigation and remediation when needed. The position partners closely with cross‑functional teams to embed quality throughout product development, strengthen end‑to‑end quality systems, and drive long‑term business improvement through continuous learning and collaboration.
What You'll Do:
- Define, implement, and continuously evolve global quality standards, tools, and processes across product creation
- Embed quality proactively at the earliest stages of product development to reduce downstream issues and rework
- Partner closely with Global QA and cross‑functional teams to align upstream quality standards with in‑factory execution and control processes
- Establish and maintain feedback loops with global, cross‑functional partners to drive continuous product improvement and organizational learning
- Lead risk‑based product reviews, providing clear, actionable quality recommendations to product and development teams
- Collaborate with Global Quality and Hub Sourcing teams to support factory‑level inspections and quality control activities
- Translate customer feedback and product quality insights into guidance that improves upstream design, materials, and construction decisions
- Monitor product quality trends and report key metrics to support data‑driven continuous improvement
- Lead cross‑functional issue investigations and corrective/preventive actions when quality defects emerge in the market
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience
- Ideally, minimum of 10 years’ experience in product quality assurance, audit and inspection, or closely related functions across apparel and close to body
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, materials, construction techniques and workmanship
- Experience in building strong partnerships with international supply chain and vendor teams
- Strong analytical, communication and judgement skills and ability to make clear recommendations and gain consensus based on data
- Strong voice for the holistic quality of our product
- Men’s and Women’s apparel production experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Classic / WEB PDM /PLM
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment where relationships, judgement and long-term systems improvement matter as much as technical expertise

Pay Range:$104,500---$141,200PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
