Software Test Engineer

Coordinating test-related task assignments with internal and external customers, if necessary on site, taking into consideration the cost-effectiveness (deadlines, costs) as well as legal, internal and safety-related regulations Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure high-quality releases Conduct manual and automated testing (where applicable) to improve efficiency Validate fixes and verify software meets business and technical requirements. Documenting and interpreting test results; working out improvements and coordinating with Development Presenting test results to internal and external customers, and, if necessary, suggesting improvements Involvement in Hella regulations, taking into consideration the standardization of operating-equipment creation.
