Job Description

Telecommunications - ability to handle telephone calls coming into switchboard. Excellent Customer Service and ability to de-escalate customers. This position is for 2nd shift (2pm - 10pm ) & 3 shift (10pm - 6am) schedules over the weekend. (Wednesday) thru (Sunday)
