Group Leader

Area leader in charge of production and decision making in the work area, supporting his immediate boss to meet the goals of the division with quality and on time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Take the leadership of the technicians in the area assigned to his charge, taking production reports, quality, lost time equipment, meeting production goals in a timely manner.
• Taking care of the safety of employees and the proper functioning of the equipment.
• Follow up on the compliance of preventive maintenance of the equipment on time, according to the dates already scheduled in advance.
• Verify compliance with good documentation practices in accordance with the requirements of the standards or procedures (Oracle).

Experience

• High School diploma or completed technical career.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in Oracle.
• Computer packages (Microsoft Office).
