WAYBILL ADMINISTRATION
- Analyzes accuracy of information for Importer of Record, Country of origin, currency of settlement, terms of sale, description, value, port of entry, etc
- Screens to verify if Importer of Record (IOR) is an FTN client or if the LVS entry belongs to another broker to clear
- Has experience navigating FBC (FXG and FXE document retrieval), EDM (FXG and FXE document retrieval), NAFTA and Manifest Query systems
- Performs data entries (waybills) and updates information in option 102 in the AS400, in NAFTA Query and Manifest Query systems
- Scans all relevant documents into Doc Portal, and reviews documents scanned in Galaxy system(s)
- Flags any issues and coordinates with relevant personnel and/or clients resolve them
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 1 year of experience with customs clearance, AS 400 and data entry
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, AS 400 system, and office equipment
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and deliver quality results
