  Join our growing Business Development Center, located at our office in South Metro Denver (I-25 & Colorado Blvd).   Are you a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, goal driven environment? We're looking for Business Development Specialists to join our team and play a key role in driving our nationwide retail sales pipeline.   In this role, you'll engage with prospective customers, guide them through the early stages of their buying journey, and set up successful appointments for our Sales Design Consultants. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and being part of a high-performing team, we want to hear from you!   This role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Hybrid schedule option.   What You'll Do   Lead Management & Nurturing Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and web inquiries Conduct outbound follow-up calls to re-engage dormant and aged leads Qualify prospects based on project scope, budget, timeline, and location Maintain consistent touchpoint cadence to nurture leads until ready to buy Lead generation through social media and other platforms   Appointment Generation Schedule qualified appointments for Sales Design Consultants Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments to reduce no-shows Maintain detailed notes in CRM to ensure smooth handoff to field sales   Pipeline & CRM Management Accurately update customer records in CRM system Track lead progression and disposition status Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs   Customer Experience Provide exceptional service and product education Help customers navigate the custom options available through the Retail Channel Assist customers with larger and more complex builds through the Retail Channel Assist customer’s questions about concrete services and foundation work Educate customers on Tuff Shed products, customization options, and financing Build rapport and trust to create a positive first impression of the brand   What We're Looking for   Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence Customer-first mindset with consultative sales experience, preferred Ability to handle objections and create urgency Comfortable managing high call volumes in a performance-driven environment Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented Ability to learn quicky and adapt in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM system (Salesforce preferred) Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively   Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Customer service or sales experience preferred Experience in home improvement, construction, or retail sales is a plus CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) strongly preferred   Why Join Us?   Tuff Shed offers a great Benefits package for our full-time employees! - It pays to be a Tuff Shed team member: OUR COMPETITIVE BENEFITS AND REWARDS Competitive compensation and bonus programs (based on position) Medical Benefits including Virtual Visits- The care you need-when, where and how you need it!
