Job Description

As business development manager, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting, training and empowering a dedicated sales agent team.

This is a full-time role for a Sales Business Development Manager located in Zalqa. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales team, and achieving sales targets. This role requires effective communication with clients and team, training / coaching skills, goal setting, and staying updated with industry trends and competitors.

Degree requested: BBA, BS, BA

· At least 3 years’ experience in the field of sales or sales management

· Age:26-40 years

· Excellent communication and social skills

· Excellent presentation skills

· Approve previous record of success with sales experience

· Entrepreneurial spirit and “Can do” attitude

· High achievement drive and goal/results oriented
