This position is on a 9/80 work schedule will be located 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma or Whiteman AFB, Missouri.
Candidate will be REQUIRED to travel within the United States 75% of time.
The Principal Project Manager or Sr Principal Project Manager will provide project management and technical guidance for B-2 Program Special Test Equipment (STE) modification and upgrade projects. Responsibilities include monitoring and updating project statuses and budget allocations, managing supplier relationships, and preparing comprehensive status reports addressing STE-related issues. The candidate will develop and maintain advanced spreadsheets and presentations (PowerPoint) to communicate STE status, contract funding, repair activities, Statement of Work (SOW) responsibilities, and funding needs. The candidate will maintain a dynamic inventory of STE assets requiring funding, with a focus on those essential for ongoing contract repair support, updating records monthly as needed contributing to Reliability, Maintainability, Supportability, and Sustainment activities for the B-2 program. On-Site supplier visits are a must to ensure functionality of equipment and project oversight with travel 75% of the time.

Essential Functions:
- Ability to formulate strategic recommendations for interim, short-term, and long-term solutions to address immediate and anticipated STE/tooling challenges.
- Establish and sustain supplier communications to assess STE functionality, utilization, and condition.
- Conduct supplier surveillance, schedule and conduct technical reviews of STE at supplier facilities and supplier proposals, generate data-driven charts for management and Integrated Product Team (IPT) use, supporting funding requests for STE upgrades, repairs, consolidation, or replacement.
- Candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.
- Effective multitasking, advanced oral and written communication skills, and a high level of motivation to resolve complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability to rapidly evolving requirements, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Must be willing to travel 75%
Basic Qualifications:
Principal Project Management (Level 3):
- Must have Bachelor's with 5 years, Master's with 3 years, or 9 years in lieu of degree in one or more of the following: project/program management, procurement, subcontracts or supplier management
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Must have an active U.S. government Secret Clearance and ability to obtain Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company to meet its business needs.
Sr. Principal Project Management (Level 4):
- Must have Bachelor's with 8 years, Master's with 6 years, or 12 years in lieu of degree in one or more of the following: project/program management, procurement, subcontracts or supplier management
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Must have an active U.S. government Secret Clearance and ability to obtain Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company to meet its business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- STEM Degree
- The ability to interface with all levels of employee and management
- Sustainment and Logistics experience
- Proposal experience with reviewing and estimating various impacts Previous experience with FAR, DFARS, and other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations
- Special Program Access
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management, shop practices, workflow optimization, and quality assurance standards.
- Familiarity with military logistics support procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and technical orders.
Salary Ranges:
Level 3- Oklahoma City, OK: 77,000-115,600
Level 4- Oklahoma City, OK: 96,200-144,200
Level 3-Whiteman Air Force Base, MO: 77,000-115,600
Level 4- Whiteman Air Force Base, MO: 96,200-144,200
Primary Level Salary Range: $77,000.00 - $115,600.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $96,200.00 - $144,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
