Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Lead Host who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do!
What you will do:
greet guests promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact and a smile
coordination of all special events and large groups within d|bar
guest liaison, booking, menu coordination, and ensuring proper staff communication
responsible for updating the website and menus to reflect new items and events
managing and responding to guest comments, reviews and feedback in collaboration with management team
leading the team of hosts, training and maintaining service standards
What you will bring:
excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is also required.
Additional language a definite asset for career growth
Able to stand for the majority of the shift
The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request!
The ability to remain calm under pressure is essential
Smart Serve certification is a must
At minimum 2 years previous Host experience in a fast paced food and beverage operation
Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field

The Hourly rate is $23.50
Schedule & Hours:
Successful candidates possess open availability and the ability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
