Job Description
Planning, implementation, and optimization of ERP, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The role oversees operational performance, stakeholder engagement, governance, budgeting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business targets and service excellence.
Lead the full ERP Next implementation lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
-Configure and customize ERP Next modules such as Finance, CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, HR, Projects, and Manufacturing.
-Deploy and manage ERP Next in both cloud-based and on-premises environments.
-Oversee data migration, system configuration, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
-Strong functional and technical understanding of ERP Next modules, including Accounting, Inventory, CRM, HR, and related business processes + Customization.
-Experience working with SMEs across various industries, including salons, trading, retail, services, and manufacturing sectors.
-Ability to engage with stakeholders, gather business requirements, and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
-Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
-Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree preferred.
