The role requires working with modern frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align development efforts with project goals and timelines, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in software delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
