Position Overview
A growing construction environment is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial, institutional, and public-sector building projects from preconstruction through final turnover. This role is responsible for coordinating all phases of project execution while maintaining alignment with budget objectives, schedule milestones, safety expectations, and quality standards.
Projects may include renovations, infrastructure improvements, site development, IDIQ contracts, lump-sum engagements, and accelerated construction schedules.
