
Travel and Business Operations Coordinator
Job Description
The Secondary Special Education & Transition program in the UO College of Education is searching for a full time Travel and Business Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and travel support for a research program who travels heavily year round, and hosts two large special events per year. This position This position coordinates travel, events, meetings, and day to day administrative operations; provides business and fiscal processing support; and assists faculty and project staff with research, technical assistance, and data related activities. This position will coordinate multiple priorities, working closely with faculty, staff, and campus partners to ensure effective program operations and compliance with university policies and procedures. This position uses their skills in program coordination, research support, and grant administration to support and coordinate on mission driven projects that support youth with disabilities.
