Senior Compensation Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY: The Compensation Department at Milliman Global Corporate Services (GCS) is looking to hire a Compensation Analyst. The Compensation Analyst supports the development, analysis, and administration of the organization’s compensation programs. This role reviews base pay structures, incentive programs, market pricing, and maintenance of job descriptions, while helping ensure compensation programs align with business objectives and applicable laws and regulations.
