The Civil Rights Investigator will investigate claims of harassment and/or discrimination, as defined under the University's Equal Opportunity and Discriminatory Harassment Policy 1.3.    The Civil Rights Investigator will investigate allegations of civil rights violations in the workplace and academic environment by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and analyzing data to determine the validity of the allegations.
