At Layup Parts, our mission is simple: deliver high-quality composite parts faster. We’re a technology-first manufacturing startup that’s revolutionizing how composite tooling and parts are made for the aerospace and defense industries. As we enter our next stage of growth following our Series A, we are looking for a Director of Recruiting to lead and scale talent acquisition across the company. This person will build the recruiting function, develop hiring strategy, partner closely with leadership, and help shape how we attract and hire exceptional talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations, software, and corporate teams. 

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and wants to play a critical role in scaling a high-growth manufacturing startup.

ITAR Requirements
