Overview The Scrum Master will serve as the project manager for the data platform implementation, facilitating Agile processes and ensuring successful delivery of the project across all phases. This role will coordinate between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to maintain project momentum and address impediments. Responsibilities Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Guide the team in adhering to Agile and Scrum principles, promoting continuous improvement and delivery excellence. Support team development by fostering collaboration, accountability, and Agile best practices. Project Coordination & Delivery Management Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of commitments and milestones. Track project progress and maintain accurate project documentation. Prepare and present project status updates and reports to leadership. Stakeholder Management & Communication Facilitate communication across team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups. Coordinate stakeholder alignment sessions and requirements gathering activities to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management Identify and remove impediments impacting the development team. Facilitate risk management activities and support timely issue resolution to minimize delivery impacts. Continuous Improvement & Team Enablement Promote a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback, and process optimization initiatives. Support the team in improving collaboration, efficiency, and Agile maturity. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management, with 3+ years as a Scrum Master Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification Experience managing data platform, business intelligence, or analytics projects Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices Excellent communication and facilitation skills Experience with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence) Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate complex organizations Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Knowledge of data technologies and concepts (beneficial but not required) Experience with distributed teams across different geographies
