Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner at ChenMed, where you will play a vital role in transforming healthcare for seniors. You will provide direct patient care in various settings, including medical centers and nursing homes. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. With a competitive salary range of $107,903 - $154,147 and comprehensive benefits, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients while enjoying a supportive work environment.- The candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care in medical centers, nursing homes, and home settings.
- The candidate will conduct geriatric assessments, medical histories, physical exams, and develop nursing plans of care.
- The candidate will document patient care and ensure compliance with ChenMed standards for quality and service.
- The candidate will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient management and care strategies.
- The candidate will participate in clinical rounds and conferences, providing in-depth documentation through written progress notes.
- Current RN licensure and Nurse Practitioner Certification in the State of practice is required.
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support is required.
- Board certification by AANP or ANCC is preferred but may be required for certain States.
- The role requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective patient interaction.
- Time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure are necessary.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are required.
PAY RANGE:
$111,140 - $158,771 SalaryThe posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.
