What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll serve our residents by ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of the property. You’ll be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance the value of our multi-site investment portfolio and maximize the living experience for our residents. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Property Manager.
Where You’ll Work:
You'll work out of our centrally located office in Hyde Park, while managing and servicing multi-family properties throughout Cincinnati neighborhoods such as Clifton Heights, Over the Rhine, and East Walnut Hills in your company provided vehicle. Properties range in size from single family homes up to mid-size apartment buildings, totaling 500+ units and growing.

Must hold a valid driver's license and be insurable under company policy. A company vehicle is provided.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of our properties, including general maintenance, HVAC, appliance repair, light electrical and plumbing, painting, finish work, and grounds.
- Inspect properties to ensure free of trash and litter, clean, safe, and presentable.
- Inspect and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
- Complete repairs in a timely, accurate, and respectful manner.
- Work effectively alongside other maintenance technicians, contractors, sub-contractors, and other team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Other duties as directed and assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in property maintenance, handyman services, HVAC/appliance repairs preferred.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair skills, including the use of hand tools and other necessary equipment.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and be insurable under company policy. A company vehicle is provided.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outside for long periods of time. Must be able to lift/move loads up to 50 lbs as well as use a ladder.
- Maintain professionalism at all times.
- Ability to speak elementary English required.
