What You’ll Do
Assist clients with benefit enrollment and eligibility verification
Handle inbound calls and respond to service inquiries
Return client calls and follow up on outstanding requests
Review coverage options and explain solutions in a clear, client-focused way
Prepare personalized plans using a guided needs-assessment system
Stay current on offerings through ongoing coaching and leadership support
