Job Description
Alberici Constructors Ltd. is seeking a Restoration Estimator to join our growing team based out of Burlington, Ontario. This role is responsible for preparing detailed estimates for restoration and rehabilitation projects across ICI (Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional) buildings, including work related to exterior building envelopes, masonry repairs, and concrete restoration. The Restoration Estimator will review drawings, specifications, and site conditions, perform quantity take-offs, coordinate supplier and subcontractor pricing, and support the preparation of competitive bids. The successful candidate will have experience estimating restoration or rehabilitation projects and a strong understanding of building envelope systems and structural repair scopes.
