Job Description
The Downstream & Automation Technician Level 3 is responsible for ensuring optimal continuity of service (target >90% OEE) and guaranteeing the absolute safety of employees and assigned production equipment.
The Downstream & Maintenance Technician operates complex high-speed equipment involving conveyance, PLCs, robotics, and controls. Their strong understanding of production flows and system interdependencies (controls, smart high-speed devices, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.) enables them to diagnose issues, implement corrective actions, and restore production quickly. Their focus on performance makes them a critical contributor in eliminating issues and proposing improvement solutions.
