Family Advocate Counselor-Pediatrics (CDD)

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager for the Shelby County Relative Caregiver Program, the Family Advocate Counselor performs intakes, referrals, home visits, case management, maintaining client records (files), planning, organizing events, and facilitating the Boys/Girls mentoring group both in person and via zoom monthly.
