Essential functions (responsibilities):
• The Senior Engineering Recruiter is responsible for managing the wing-to-wing recruitment and selection process either for a specific or multiple business units for entry level to senior hires. The scope can include one or several countries.
• He/she partners with key stakeholders in developing sourcing strategy, improving processes and ensuring compliance and fair employment practices are adhered to.
• The Senior Recruiter is responsible for collecting market intelligence information and share with the team.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience - Must Have Engineering Recruiting Background In The Following
• Previous experience in Recruitment role ideally within a corporate/in-house or Recruitment Agency environment
• Experience in managing the Wing-to-Wing recruitment cycle (with high volume and complex roles)
• Experience in assessing and qualifying candidates, using behavioural interviewing techniques
• Skilled in using creative candidate sourcing techniques and channels to generate talent pipelines including networking, headhunting, market research and social media
• Demonstrated ability to drive HR/Recruitment processes and building strong relationships with hiring manager
• Proven ability to leverage external market knowledge as part of the sourcing strategy
• Experience in coaching managers and HRMs during the recruitment process
