The Role
As our Hotel Controller, you’ll oversee the financial operations of the property, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight that supports smart decision-making.
You’ll be the financial steward of the hotel—protecting assets, guiding performance, and partnering with leadership to drive profitable results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee all hotel accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and GL
- Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and audit requirements
- Manage cash flow, banking, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support the annual budget process and ongoing financial planning
- Partner closely with the General Manager and department leaders
- Provide clear financial insight that turns data into action

What Makes You You
- Proven experience as a Hotel Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior hotel accountant
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems, P&Ls, and internal controls
- Detail-driven, organized, and uncompromising when it comes to accuracy
- A collaborative mindset—you explain the “why,” not just the numbers
