Job Description
Provide administration support to all lines of business
Support a third party administrator to ensure underwriters’ service requirements are met
Ensure that all underwriting accounts are updated as per underwriters’ instructions and within specified time frame
Prepare management reports for the underwriting team(s)
Liaise with finance regarding payment queries
Assist the operations manager with any ad-hoc requests
Participate in company projects
Train new members of the team
- Minimum of three years insurance experience
- Highly developed communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quantitative skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and priories tasks
- Excellent computer skills
