Job Description
Position Summary
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a vital role in promoting the health, safety, and well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll support daily living activities, community engagement, and personal development, while advocating for individual choice and dignity.
Key Responsibilities

Understands, supports, and advocates with people we support by helping them live a life of personal significance.

Identifies, documents, and shares concerns and successes as appropriate.

Transports and accompanies people to activities, appointments, and events.

Helps with personal care tasks as needed, laundry and food preparation.
-
Assists with money management by promoting independence.

Administers medications and documents information.

Additional duties as assigned.

No previous experience or formal education required – we provide all the training you’ll need!

Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.

Able to pass required background checks (Act 33 and Act 34 clearances).
