Job Description
The Tele Advisor plays an import role in Bank of Hope’s deposit growth and treasury management cross-sell opportunities, competing for deposits and treasury management business. As part of the Global Treasury Management Solutions (GTMS) team, reporting to the TMS Chief of Staff, the Tele Advisor will be responsible for the direct sale of treasury management solutions products and services. Through Branch and Commercial office referrals, the Tele Advisor will initiate sales with potential customers over the phone. Asking questions to engage the customers and qualify them for treasury management services. Gathering documents and assisting the customer with GTMS onboarding documentation.
