Operations Supervisor

Battlefield Equipment Rentals (a division of Toromont Industries Ltd.), one of Canada’s premiere Construction Rental Companies, has an immediate requirement for an Operations Supervisor at our Halifax location. This is a fast-paced, constantly growing branch, which relies on our team-oriented atmosphere to help maintain and build our customer base. The Operations Supervisor operates with our staff and customers, and reports to the Regional Manager. This role is diverse and multi-faceted, helping our Branches with coverage and onboarding of new staff. Travel with hotel is required frequently mainly within Nova Scotia with additional travel limited outside of province.
