Job Description
As the Vice President of Talent and Culture, you will focus on aligning talent management, and employee experience with the company's strategic goals. You will serve as a key leader within the Human Resources team, reporting directly to the CHRO. This role will lead the development and implementation of strategies related to talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention. You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent. Work with a high-performing executive team. IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD BE BASED IN HOUSTON OR FLEXIABLE TO TRAVEL AS NEEDED.
