Relief Youth Development Specialist

Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston is hiring Youth Development Specialists who can commit to serving our members and communities while upholding our core values. This is a per diem / on-call position to be able to accept shifts at different locations as needed by Clubs and as your availability allows.

The ideal candidates love working with youth ranging between 6-18 years of age, display healthy behavior modeling, demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Youth Development Specialist will be supporting our members with remote learning, club programming, and academic enrichment activities.

BGCB’s Clubs that are seeking Relief Staff are located in Roxbury, Dorchester, Mattapan, Charlestown, Chelsea, and South Boston.
