Civil Project Manager

As Civil Project Manager for Calnin & Goss, you will manage all aspects of earth work, utilities, and demolition projects from estimate and pre-construction to final implementation and commissioning.  Responsibilities include preparing, planning, organizing, and evaluating estimates along with submitting bids and responses to proposals as well as ensuring the work meets all safety standards, is within schedule requirements, and is constructed to the highest level of quality that meets the budget. This hands-on role will lead the communication efforts for internal and external project reporting and be responsible for managing the project team.
