Primary Care Physician / Medical Doctor

The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered medical care for individuals of all ages in a community health setting. Responsibilities include preventive care, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions, and coordination with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, high‑quality services. The physician collaborates with a multidisciplinary team and supports the FQHC’s mission to deliver accessible, person‑focused care to the community.
