Job Description
Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation’s Food & Beverage Business Unit is seeking a Chef de Partie. As a Chef de Partie you will report to the culinary management team, and will be responsible for tasks that focus on the day to day activities in the Kitchen Stands. Performing as lead cook , assist Sous Chef’s and Chef’s in all areas of the kitchen including food production waste control, standards and kitchen sanitation.
