Job Description
As a Sr. Seating Engineer, you will lead and inspire the team to bring quality products to market on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. You will work with the internal design studio, supplier quality, program management and purchasing teams and the chosen external suppliers to ensure a smooth transition from design to physical product. Working closely with the SQE department you will be responsible for the continual ramp, stabilization, and optimization of the interior trim components. Through tool trials, gamma build, pre-production builds, testing, and launch you will ensure that manufacturing, component, and assembly concerns are identified, captured, and have appropriate corrective plans actioned in accordance with the severity of the concern raised.
