Job Description
LC Construction, a division of Capano Management, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of assigned projects in Baltimore and Columbia, Maryland. This individual will be the designated project owner - responsible for securing permits, coordinating with utility providers, managing the bidding and contract award process, and developing and maintaining project schedules. They will evaluate the cost, and timeline impacts of project revisions, ensure seamless coordination of all work, and provide leadership during regular project meetings.
